Our standard payment method is T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit upon order confirmation, and 70% balance before shipment. Letter of Credit (L/C) or other payment methods can be arranged based on the client’s credit and long-term cooperation.Delivery Terms
We typically operate under FOB (Free on Board) major Chinese ports such as Qingdao, Shanghai, or Guangzhou. CFR or CIF terms are also available upon request and agreement.Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
We only do bulk purchases. The minimum order varies depending on the vehicle model and condition (new or used). We usually accept orders starting from five unit, with discounts available for bulk purchases.Lead Time
Delivery time is typically 15–30 days, depending on stock availability and customization requirements. Used vehicles undergo inspection and preparation before shipping; new vehicles are scheduled based on factory production.Inspection & Certification
All vehicles are inspected before export. Third-party inspection reports (e.g., SGS) can be provided upon request. We also assist in preparing export compliance documents such as CIQ, Certificate of Origin, and Form E where applicable.After-sales Service
As an international supplier, we do not offer overseas after-sales service. However, we provide pre-shipment inspection videos, loading photos, and remote support to ensure vehicle condition and customer satisfaction. We assist with issue resolution whenever possible.Shipping & Packaging
We offer both Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off) and container shipping, depending on the vehicle type and quantity. All vehicles are treated with anti-rust and shockproof measures before shipment to ensure safe delivery.

Where do these vehicles come from?
These vehicles come from multiple sources. Some of it comes from the car 4S stores we cooperate with, and some of them come from their new car sales and replacement second-hand cars, and some come from dealers’ test drives and manufacturers’ leasing vehicles. Before we export transactions, we will carefully review and proofread the actual conditions of these vehicles to ensure the legality, safety, and transparency of vehicle condition reports for 100% export transactions of these vehicles. Make transactions simpler and allow customers around the world to choose with confidence!
What if the vehicle I’m interested in is out of stock?
Just contact us for the product you are interested in. If it’s a used vehicle, we’ll see if we can get a similar model that might also interest you and keep you informed. If it’s a brand new car, we’ll try to get new stock for you.
Are shipping cost and other cost included in the total payment?
It depends on Incoterms agreed upon between us and buyers. If the Incoterm is FOB, then you will need to handle shipment and inbound custom clearance by yourself. If the shipping term is CIF, then we would include shipping cost and insurance cost for the shipment,but still you have to handle the custom clearance by youself.
How will I know when my payment has been received by your bank account?
It is very important that you provide us proof of payment to secure your order. Once the payment has been made, please send us a confirmation of payment(normally a bank slip) together with the proforma invoice number .Once your payment is confirmed from our end, we will inform you by email.
Does every vehicle get inspected before they are shipped to me?
Yes. Every vehicle we sell must go through rigorous inspection before we load them onto Container(or Ro-RO vessel, depending on the situation).
When will my vehicle be shipped?
The exact date of departure will have to be decided by shipping company, according to their shipping schedule. Once we receive the bill of lading from the shipping company (usually within a week from the estimated shipping date, we can confirm with you the exact date the vehicle is loaded on the ship. Please wait to receive the departure and arrival date of your shipment from us. In some cases, we might contact you to obtain further information that is needed before shipment .We will advise shipment details once the vehicle is confirmed for shipment by the shipping companies.
What is the customs clearance process?
Once the vehicle arrives at the port, it will be your responsibility to conduct customs clearance. If you are not in a position to clear the vehicle personally, you can hire a local agent to perform customs clearance. Please contact your local customs agent for the necessary steps to be followed well in advance of the arrival of the vehicle. If you do not know the agent, please contact us, and we will provide a list of our preferred agents.
